What's a Custom Curl Cut? 

A custom curl cut is a service done on your dry hair in it's natural state. Curls come in all shapes and sizes, and more often than not, many curl patterns on one head. Cutting the hair dry makes sure we are working WITH your texture, not against it. 

This is why we ask you come in with your hair down, styled without excess creams, oils, mousses or gels and not in ponytails or twists. 

Why is my credit card added to my profile when I book?

We have a 24 hour cancellation/reschedule/appointment alteration policy. We ask you give your stylist at least 24 hours notice so they can fill their schedule accordingly. If a cancellation occurs within this time frame your card will be charged to compensate your stylist for their time. 

We understand emergencies happen. Please email Info@ValleyBeautyCo.com so we can work with you. 

Where do I park?

There is free city parking on 4th st as well as Lincoln Ave. If your appointment is over the weekend we recommend giving yourself extra time to park and arrive to your appointment on time. 

How do I pay?

We accept Visa/Mastercard as well as cash, Venmo and Zelle. Due to increasing credit card processing fees, we appreciate alternative forms of payment when available.

Covid-19

 

As Covid-19 continues to evolve within our community, we ask that you wear a mask during your service if you are unvaccinated, immunocompromised, have been exposed to Covid-19 or any other contagious viruses. Your stylist will be masked during the entirety of your services regardless of vaccination status due to the close proximity necessary to perform services.

Redo Policy

 

Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer refunds on services performed. However, we will work tirelessly to ensure you are satisfied. Due to outgrowth/ maintenance, color corrections and haircut adjustments  will only be offered within 3 weeks of date of service.

 

Tardiness

 

We will have to reschedule your appointment if you are late and we are unable to to complete your service which will result in a charge of your card on file. 

If possible, we will do our best to give you a modified service during your scheduled time, but you will be charged the cost of the full service. If you have to reschedule, you will be charged for your service.
